This increases your awareness about how to be a conscious consumer and how the products you buy impact the environment. You may also "shop by icon" as another method of locating products with a specific eco-attribute.

Products with the icon "resource conserving" use less water, minerals, or other raw materials compared to their conventional counterparts. These products can also help prevent resources from being wasted unnecessarily (which saves energy, too).
