most orders will go out within 48 hours and arrive within 3-7 business days

or large orders, we will primarily use the U.S. Postal Service and UPS Ground. If you need to have a small order shipped UPS, additional charges will apply. Please email or call to arrange for UPS shipping. Orders placed late Friday or Saturday will not go out until Monday. Holidays may add another 24 hours. Since we are on the far East Coast in New Hampshire, orders going to Timbuktu on the West Coast may take longer, particularly if using UPS.

If you must have your order sooner, we can try to arrange for overnight shipping. Please call us for personal service and shipping estimates.

Products coming directly from suppliers may take longer. Please allow 5-12 business days and check the details on the products you are interested in for more information.

Please double check the shipping address that you provide when you order. An incorrect address may delay shipping. If an order has been returned because of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

some of the products you order might come to you directly from the supplier

Though we would prefer to ship all products from our store in New Hampshire, we have arranged for many of the larger and heavier items to be shipped directly to you from our suppliers. We trust that you will support our efforts to lessen the negative environmental impact that comes with shipping. Products coming directly from the supplier often take more time to reach you - some as much as 12 business days (or longer if it's hunting season). heavier, bulkier, or large items may have additional shipping charges

Please review a product's details for information about additional shipping charges. Heavier items will be shipped the least expensive way.

we take packaging very seriously at Bona Fide

We will make every effort to ship your product efficiently with the least amount of packaging as possible. Your package should arrive safely and soundly, most likely in a reused box with various reused packing materials that we have received from our own suppliers. Sometimes it isn't exactly pretty, but your order should be whole and to your complete satisfaction. We occasionally use Flat Rate Boxes provided by USPS which are based on weight for considerable savings.

We hope you will join us with our environmental concerns and also reuse or recycle what you receive.

shipping for APO/FPO addresses is possible

Shipping to APO/FPO addresses must use USPS and may take up to 2-3 weeks. Please be prepared to have the proper address for this service. We will likely have to confirm an address prior to processing an order. This can get a little complicated, requiring additional customer service and time, but we will surely try.

shipping to multiple addresses is no problem

Each address will receive its own shipping cost based on the cost of the product going to that address. We try to keep our shipping costs low and fair. If this process becomes cumbersome, do not hesitate to call us to place your order.

shipping beyond the U.S., to Canada, and overseas

See the chart below for shipping costs to Canada. Shipping will be First Class rate to Canada, not Priority rate. Please expect your package going to Canada to take 10-18 business days. If you need it rushed, please call the store to arrange expedited shipping. Prices for special shipping will be the actual cost plus a $5.00 handling fee.
